欧力胜变速箱冲击应变测试分析

The objective of this test is to simulate an unusual loading situation (ex: for a delivery on a truck )

IMPORTANT :the tests must be performed at precise speed (1.33-1.63-2.67-3.27-4 and 4.9km/h)

Position the machine 2 at 5m from machine 1

-        Start recording

-        Move  forward with machine 1 ,until bumping the extremity of rim (Back right side)

Speeds adjustments:

For this tests the reducer was lifted with an HTL machine and got bumped into a 2 ton block.

7 tests were performed at different speed :1.33,1.63,2.67,3.27,4,4.9(two times)

The values are recorded when the reducer is at height, and 5m before the impact with the block.
